Karachi: BNSO Sindh Zone staged a protest against schedule four at Karachi press club, wherein different regional student political organizations of Pakistan Administered Gilgit Baltistan (ABM, BSF, HSO, BSO) specially youth and people from different walk of lives have participated there. While addressing to the protesters speakers said schedule four is basically formulated by the state of Pakistan against the persons who are involved in terrorist activities and inflaming sectarian violence in but it is like a political retaliation from the state against peaceful political workers of G.B. We are demanding the prompt dissolution of schedule four and ATA which has been using by the state of Pakistan as a tool to suppress the voices of young Nationalist activists who are peacefully demanding their fundamental human rights and National identity in a region which is internationally recognize as disputed territory. سکردو(پ ر)گلگت بلتستان میں سیاسی رہنمائوں اور عام شہریوں پر انسداد دہشت گردی ایکٹ کے تحت شیدول فور کا استعمال انسانی حقوق کی مبینہ خلاف ورزی ہے، گو کہ گلگت بلتستان متنازعہ ہونے اور کسی ملک کی آئین میں شامل نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے عالمی سطح پر کالا دائرہ ( Black Hole)کہلاتا ہے اور اس کالے دائرے میں رہنے والوں پر کالے قوانین(Black Laws) کا اطلاق آئین پاکستان اور انسانی حقوق کی بین الاقوامی اصولوں کے منافی ہے۔ گلگت بلتستان سے شیڈول فور کا کالا قانون فوری طور پر ختم کرتے ہوئے یہاں کے عوام کو جینے کی آزادی دی جائے ، ان خیالات کا اظہار گلگت بلتستان یونائیٹڈ موئومنٹ کے چئرمین منظور پروانہ نے کیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ پاکستان کے عوام آزادانہ حق رائے دہی کے ذریعے نیا پاکستان (New Pakistan)بنا رہی ہے جبکہ گلگت بلتستان کے عوام پر کالے قوانین لاگو کر کے خطے کو کالا گلگت بلتستان ( Black Gilgit Baltistan)بنایا جا رہا ہے۔ گلگت بلتستان کے عوام پر اپنے حقوق کے لئے آواز اٹھانے کو جرم بنا دیا گیا ہے ، یہاں ظلم و ستم ، نا انصافی اور زیادتی پر فریاد کرنے کی بھی اجازت نہیں دی جا رہی ہے ، اگر گلگت بلتستان
